If, for any reason, the Customer is not satisfied with his/her purchase, articles which have not been worn can be replaced for size change or article change or else refunded within 10 days from the date of shipment. Instructions for returning Goods: To ask for authorization to return goods, the Customer must send a request to email@example.com within 10 days from receipt of order. The email must show the codes of the articles to be returned and the customer requirements: size change, colour change, article change or refund.
After receiving the return request, SV will send the Customer a written confirmation containing the Return Authorization Number (R.A.N.).
The first return shipment will be to the charge of SV. In the case of goods returned for size/article change of equivalent or higher value, return carriage will be FREE OF CHARGE. Articles sent in exchange must be of the same or higher value than the returned goods for the return carriage to be FREE OF CHARGE for the Customer. Only one free exchange of goods is allowed for each authorized return.
In the case of goods returned for change of size/articles of lower value or for refund, return carriage will be to the charge of the Customer.
The cost of return carriage is 10 euro, which will be subtracted from the final refund owing. Crediting will be shown on the Customer’s credit card statement after at least 30 days from the refund date. Such time period can vary slightly according to the bank circuit of the credit card used. Garments must be returned to the headquarters of SV within 10 days from when the Customer receives written authorization from the Returned Goods department.
